BHuman: Unleashing Human Connections 
Don shared the origin story of BHuman, a marketing technology he developed to enable businesses to make human connections at scale. He identified the difficulty of breaking through the noise as businesses become more saturated, and highlighted the importance of personalized, human communication. Don noted that video, which can include personalized elements, has become a crucial medium for his business. He shared that he had begun working on this technology four years prior to the meeting. 
    
Technology Advancements in Personalized Videos 
Don showcased the significant advancements of their technology beyond personalized videos at scale. He highlighted examples of how their users leverage the platform throughout the customer journey, in areas such as outreach, welcome videos, and appointment reminders. Don's presentation included user-generated videos that demonstrated the platform's ability to personalize videos with specific names, dates, and contexts. He concluded by sharing additional creative use cases, including abandoned cart recovery for e-commerce stores and reminders for radio stations. 
    
Doubled Open Rate Platform With AI Studio and Face-Voice Recognition 
Don presented the results of a new platform they developed, which doubled the open rate, seven times increased the click-through rate, and four times the conversions. He demonstrated how the platform works through an app called AI studio, where users can create personalized videos for various customers and send them out via email or SMS. Don also mentioned that they are working on a new technology that uses face and voice recognition to allow live chats with the audience. Despite being in its early stages, this technology has seen significant adoption. 
    
Improving Voice Chat Response Time

John introduced several tools and apps, including a paid search engine called Kagi Universal Summarizers, Advanced Data Analysis, and Bing's browsing feature. He warned about the risks of misusing the browsing feature and suggested the use of Australian spelling. He also discussed the complexity of the sign-up process for Mid Journey and highlighted a bot that allows users to create their own direct chat. Richard shared a podcast episode demonstrating how to use Pix, which the team used to create images for their show. John discussed a tool that could generate unexpected results when used with Mid Journey, and shared his experience experimenting with it to create a board game.
